6.2.2 says "If the scope is in a technical cluster with more than one critical code, ANAB will conduct a witnessed audit in one of the critical codes and grant accreditation for all codes in the cluster if requested". Should this situation be divided into two status: critical codes are identified with "or" or "and"? For "or" relation, ANAB will conduct a witnessed audit in one of the critical codes and grant accreditation for all codes in the cluster if requested. For "and " relation, ANAB must conduct a witnessed audit in all the critical codes to grant accreditation if accreditation for all codes in the cluster if requested. |
